Construction Strategy
The team is executing a highly efficient build strategy across three simultaneous fronts. Utilizing three tower cranes, workers are making rapid, key progress through the structural works phase.
Building Foundations & Architectural Milestones
Key structural developments are taking shape across the property:
- Main Building & Learning Spaces: Foundation structures and retaining walls are under construction. The engineering team regularly conducts load-bearing soil inspections during every excavation phase.
- Sports Center: Terrace preparation and site clearing are underway in preparation for structural work.
- Staff Housing: Foundation work continues, with first-level continuous footings fully completed.
- Student Residences: Wall construction is underway for three units, while layout and excavation are complete for two additional units.

Construction in Wood
Containers of Chilean construction-grade timber are actively being moved from the port to a local warehouse in Santa Bárbara de Heredia, near the construction site. Provided with guidance and structural models from manufacturing partner Ingelam, this beautiful timber will serve as a defining feature of the main buildings. Storing the materials nearby allows the project team to organize components strictly according to the schedule, ensuring seamless delivery on-site when needed.
